In order for us to find your ticketnumber we manually have to search Ibill's database of telephone numbers that we have billed.

We will NOT call you.

It is extremely important that you enter precisely the telephone number you dialled from when you called our 900 number - otherwise we have absolutely no chance what so ever of locating your ticketnumber.

We also need your email address - so that we can send you an answer :-)

And finally - do not use this form unless you acquired your ticketnumber by dialling our 900 number. If you live outside the US you cannot use this form.
